Common questions
How do I get in touch about an order I have already placed?
Email the team with your order number. If your question is about where a parcel has got to and you already have a tracking number, the Track Your Parcel page will usually answer it faster than we can.
When will I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are issued once an order has been processed and sent, which is 24 to 48 hours after you order. You will get it by email when the parcel ships rather than having to ask for it.
How long does delivery take?
Five to seven days across Ireland, after the 24 to 48 hour handling and processing time.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is €25 anywhere in Ireland, and free on orders of €100 or more.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
You can cancel free of charge at any point before the order ships. Because most orders ship within 24 hours, tell us within 12 hours and we will have the best chance of catching it. After it ships you can still cancel under your 14 day legal right, counted from delivery.
Something arrived damaged. What happens now?
Send us your order number and, if you can, a photograph of how it arrived. Where something arrives damaged, faulty or goes missing in transit we cover the return postage and put it right with a replacement or a refund.
I have changed my mind. Can I send it back?
Yes. Irish law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order, and our own policy accepts change-of-mind returns within 15 days of purchase; whichever is longer applies. You pay the return postage using a tracked service, and nothing else is charged.
Do you sell to hotels, spas and other businesses?
Yes. The wholesale page is the place to start, and a message with the quantities and the products you are after will get you a reply.
