This Disclaimer applies to towels.irish, operated by Towel Company Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
General information only
The content on this site is general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but specifications, prices and availability can change.
Product descriptions, sizes and colours
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and towels are textiles: sizes can vary slightly between batches, and cotton can shrink a little in the first washes. Small differences like these are not a fault. Where a listing does not state something, such as a certification or a technical figure, we do not claim it, and we will ask the supplier for you if it matters.
The towel warmer
Our towel warmer is a mains electrical appliance. Use it as the instructions supplied with it say, keep it away from water and out of the shower area, let it cool before moving it, and do not use it to dry anything other than towels. We do not publish a wattage or an energy figure for it, so nothing on this site is a promise about running costs.
Care advice
The care advice on our pages is general guidance. Always check the care label on the item itself, which takes priority.
