This page sets out the limits of our liability and your indemnity obligations when you use towels.irish or buy from Towel Company Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Your statutory rights come first
Nothing on this page limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Goods you buy from us must be of merchantable quality, fit for their purpose and as described, and your remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 cannot be taken away by these terms. We never exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Limitation of our liability
Subject to the section above:
- We are not liable for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order.
- Our products are for personal use, so we are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by using a product against its instructions or care label, or by normal wear and tear.
Website availability
We try to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site without notice.
Your indemnity
If you misuse the website, breach our Terms & Conditions or infringe someone else's rights through your use of the site, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result.
